Newlyweds Cliff (Steve Zhan) and Cydney (Milla Jovovich) go on a romantic honeymoon in Hawaii but upon arriving there, they find out of a horrid crime that occurred recently wherein a couple was murdered and their nails and teeth were taken from their bodies. While traveling Cliff and Cydney meet two hostile hitchhikers and a another couple with whom they had their suspicions with. They also encounter some stalkers along the way. Will they be the next victims or will they find out who committed the murder before it happens to them?
