An Israeli counter-terrorist (Zohan Dvir) is tired of his encounters and battles with Palestinian terrorists headed by "Phantom". His only dream is to live in peace and oddly, to cut hair and make people "silky smooth". With this he decides to fake his own death and move to New York to pursue his dreams of being a stylist. At first the city did not appreciate his way and style but his skills eventually brought him attention and his persistence of wanting to cut hair lead him to meet his true love. But things don't end there for the past he left behind tagged along with him.
