Billy Madison (Adam Sandler) is a 27 year old immature and retarded heir to his father Hotel Empire. But before he get his inheritance he must first pass all 12 grades of school, something that he did not finish when he was a child. So together with his sexy teacher/ study partner they try to prove that Billy can indeed run the family business.
