After their first escapade on their to White Castle burgers, Harold and Kumar decide to hop to Amsterdam to see Maria, Harold's girl friend to be. On the plane, the US marshals mistake them for terrorists when someone accidentally blurted out "bong" which sounded much like "bomb". So they were sent to Guantanamo Bay to be jailed, but luckily they escaped. So now, the government is up their behinds chasing them from state to state and Amsterdam, Maria and legal weed ain't getting any closer. A true blue stoner classic!
