The freak show has come to town and two best friends Darren and Steve escape through the night to catch the show. For the two friends it is more that a show, it is their destiny. Steve is a huge fan of vampires but cannot become one because he has "bad blood" so when he gets fatally wounded by one of the vampires pet spiders, Darren offers his life to become a vampires assistant turning into a vampire himself in exchange for the antidote. Steve then gets jealous because he thinks it is his destiny to become one as well. Steve eventually becomes a vampire as well but a blood thirsty one. Will being a good and bad vampire stand between their friendship?
