The Grudge: Part 1
Karen Davis, an American nurse working in Japan is tasked to take over a co-workers job of attending to an old paralyzed woman who lives alone in an old Japanese house. As Karen enters the home she feels something erie. Sensing that something was in the house she checks the parts of the house where she always hears strange noises, what she sees is pure evil. Only then does she hear that strange deaths occured to those who enetered the house. She gets to the middle of everything with the hope that she is not fated to die and to end the curse once and for all.

Two years after the incident that happened with Karen Davis her sister, Audrey, visits her in Japan to bring her back home. Karen then dies shortly after her sister visited her. Audrey then decides to investigate her sisters death only to find out about the house which she also visits and enters. The same thing that happened to her sister happens to her but there are other people involved with the hauntings. What does this have to do with the other people?
