El Orfanato (Spanish w/ Eng subs)

The movie is set in Spain wherein a couple, Laura and Carlos has a 7 year-old adopted son, Simon, who has HIV. Laura out of her compassion and care for her son, decides that it would be good to open an old adoption center so that her son could meet some friends or have fun. Indeed Simon has met friends but not the friends that Laura had in mind because Simon's friends are imaginary. Laura payed no attention to Simon until the day she encounters one of them in the flesh. Will they discover the mystery behind Simon's imaginary friends?
